Account Terms
The short version
These are the ground rules for having a ScaledEasy account. They’re short on purpose. Our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy cover everything else and take precedence where they overlap.
- Creating an account isn’t enrolling. A ScaledEasy account is free and gives you a place to accept invites, save progress, and enroll later. It doesn’t give you access to paid course content until you enroll or accept a role-specific invite.
- One account per person. Use a real email you can access. If you Google-sign-in and email/password sign-in with the same address, we link them — you don’t get two accounts. Please don’t create accounts on behalf of anyone else.
- You can delete your account anytime. Email us at support@scaledeasy.com and we’ll wipe your row from our user table. Paid course access and any legally-required records (e.g. transaction receipts) may be retained per our Privacy Policy.
- We won’t market at you without permission. Transactional email (invite links, receipts, password resets) is always on. Marketing email is off by default and requires a separate opt-in.
- Roles are added through invites or purchases. Being “a specialist,” “a closer,” or “a partner” on ScaledEasy always requires an explicit invite from someone with authority to grant that role. You can hold a bare account indefinitely without any of these.
- Security is a shared job. Keep your password to yourself. If you suspect an unauthorized login, email us and we’ll invalidate your session tokens (this happens automatically on every password reset).
These terms are effective as of the account creation date and may be updated with reasonable notice by email. Substantial changes will re-prompt acceptance on next sign-in.
